Abstract of Presentation

In the agile/scrum software development world, there is lot of information about developing and testing code within every sprint. But it is also important to have proper documentation delivered at the end of every sprint along with the "working software". How would those creating technical documentation (a.k.a Technical Writers) be able to receive inputs, create content and get it reviewed within the same sprint as development and testing? What challenges do they face? Does Scrum provide any solutions?
